Project Overview
The Challenge
FW Totes needed a smoother rental experience with reliable delivery and pickup address validation, accurate delivery fees, subscription options, and a more seamless Realtor/VIP customer experience.
The Solution
We enhanced the Shopify store with custom rental workflows, Google Maps address validation, zone-based delivery logic, rental date integration, subscription functionality, a gated Realtor portal, and Klaviyo marketing support—creating a more organized and scalable rental experience.
